Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus is a next generation universal water-based primer, sealer and stain killer. It is ideal for interior and exterior painting projects.
- Water-based
- Apply using a Brush
- Instructions for Use - Shake or stir well and apply using brush, roller or spray (follow spray equipment manufacturer’s instructions; use 0.017” tip at 2000–2500 PSI). If thinning is required add no more than 5% clean water. Apply between 10°C and 25°C, Relative Humidity <85%

Paints straight to plaster
Paints straight on to plaster, without having to use a mist coat. Good coverage, top product

This product does what it says on the tin.
I bought this product because I needed to cover a dark area with a light colour. This paint dod the job really well and meant I only needed to put on one top coat of my light colour so that the dark area underneath didn't show. It also creates a good surface to paint over.

Good coverage.
Good coverage, minimal splatter. Was able to track my progress across ceiling as coverage was visible as I painted across the ceiling.

This is a godsend for difficult jobs
Took off old wallpaper and walls were covered in different paints, was recommended shops own primer which didn't do anything unfortunately. After reading some reviews, decided to give this one a go. Sorted everything straight away. Dried quick and left a perfect base for painting. Worth every penny

Rip off price but great product …buy elsewhere
Product is great. The best. But 2.5 litres you can buy for around £30-£35 elsewhere in fact at most other diy stores. So I don’t get the £50 price point for b&q …total rip off …avoid

Great paint
This paint does exactly as it says on the tin. It did the job I wanted perfectly, so it was worth the little extra I had to pay.

Stain came straight through after 2 coats
Bought this product after being advised at b&q stain just re appeared after 2 coats and correct drying and re application times

The product works well
It's runnier than I expected but it's easy to use and seems to do what it says (have given it a thorough try out in more than one place) Results so far are good and I would recommend it
