These cheap budget level door handles are the highest quality you can get for such low prices. Designed on a scrolled style handle lever that takes you back to the Victorian times yet still maintains and compliments today’s contemporary door furniture expectations. The lever backplate is 115mm x 40mm and this door handle is designed for use with a standard tubular latch found on most doors. This kit has all the needed parts but BEWARE!
This door handle kit has all the parts one one need for an interior door and the quality is adequate. However, when you purchase BEWARE: B&Q also sells an item called "Z06 Chrome Victorian Scroll Internal Door Handles, Latch, 120 x 42mm". This latter item lacks the strike plate, bolt, hinges and screws for the hinges which are included in this item yet the price at the time I purchased the item for both kits was exactly the same. i.e. £9.99! Be very careful when you but from B&Q that you are purchasing all the parts you need because the postage to make a return for an inexpensive item doesn't make a return worthwhile.

BEWARE! Better kit available for the SAME price!
B&Q sells two door handles in this EXACT SAME style. I am reviewing the one and the other is described as "Door Handle Pack Scroll Lever Latch Hinges - Chrome 118 x 40mm". The latter includes the door handles, the shaft that connects the door handles, the bolt, the strike plate and a set of hinges as well as all the screws for the kit. The item I am reviewing only includes the door handles and the connecting shaft - YET BOTH KITS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WERE PRICED AT £9.99!!! I needed the full kit and could have had the full kit for EXACTLY the same price. I could have managed without the hinges but I never imagined that I would be sold a door handle kit that lacked a bolt and strike plate! I think this is a complete rip off! If you order from B&Q, be VERY careful that you are getting what you need in terms of the parts you require. I would have returned the item but the postage would have cost me £3.50 on a £10.00 item, which is not worth the cost of the return. At least I now have a spare set of door handles, which I didn't need. I am really annoyed about this and feel it is a very nasty trick for B&Q to pull on a customer.
