WOrks OK - instructions rubbish
Its actually easier to install than the instructions tell you. Seems to work OK, keypad arming/disarming fine and the app does everything as well. Had a couple of issues during installation (one PIR seemed reluctant to work), called their support line who advised that I needed to talk to one of their contract engineers - who failed to call me as promised. I chased and got some fob off advice. Updated the service ticket with Yale and had no response whatsoever. The instructions you get with this are absolute rubbish - I could rewrite better in an hour. For example - there are detailed instructions on how to stick a sticky pad on the wall or to put in a rawlplug - but nowhere does it take you through initialising, setting up and testing the system - it tells you how to screw a PIR to the wall but not how to test it - it sort of leaves that down to you to experiment. 2nd example - alarm started beeping today with a fault condition - nothing in user instructions tell you what to do next..... app tells me the external siren has a 'tamper condition' so checked it all out and now how do I get rid of the tamper error? I need to reset it somehow, but nothing in instructions.

Works good for what I need
Easily installed and works as intended. Had break in prior to installation and now feel extra secure. B&Q staff very helpful.

So easy to fit
Bought this system to replace my old wired one as I needed more coverage and liked the idea of having more control by using my iPhone.
