Good buy
I've had the Yale smart home alarm system for a few weeks now. Virtually no setting up required. The hardest part was deciding the best positions for the sensors. There are several apps on google play, but only one worked with my system. Make sure you download the correct app. Overall really pleased with our purchase.

A solid system, easy to install and configure
This is my 2nd YALE purchase, upgrading from an earlier system which had served well for over 7 years; the wireless reach and battery life has improved significantly and the addition of an optional permanent wired power supply to the bell box is welcomed, not least not having to climb the ladder to replace batteries but also because the comfort light can be selected without the battery drain of the prior version bell box. The system was easy to install, but (and a message for others who may be upgrading from earlier Yale systems) dont assume, like I did, that the hub DC supply is the same between versions (it isnt despite the plug fitting) and so quickly (as I merely plugges the hub into the old DC adaptor, the hub back-up battery drained and then went completely dead, before I fathomed that this was the problem!!

Oh Dear
Most things OK but Zapper is not easy to read & the exterior alarm went off at 4.00am & woke the neighbour. Very embarrassing

Replacement alarm made simple and hassle free.
Easy to install and very easy to use, it replaced my very old alarm system and was a lot better with modern look👍
