New lock
Needed to replace a lock. This purchase was key to that goal

A bit disappointed
The keys get stuck and won’t really turn, it is exactly what we needed but it’s proving to be more trouble then it’s worth and at the price it is (27 pounds) I expected a lot more even more so it being Yale.

Disappointing
I thought Yale was a decent make and £20 (reduced from £25 it said) seemed good value. Apparently it meets all the right specifications and was exactly what I needed. I bought two. The key of the first one I opened stuck at several points as I turned it in the lock, almost jamming on occassions. I thought it must be a problem with that particular lock, so I tried the second one. That was no better. I took them straight back to B&Q who refunded my money without any arguement. I will look elsewhere for a different make.
