Extremely noisy - Avoid
Bought this as a replacement pump. It works but it is extremely noisy compared to other pumps I have had. Sounds like a jumbo jet taking off in my bathroom. So much so that I can’t use it early in the morning as it wakes everyone up. Poor product. Avoid. Bought another pump elsewhere and it so much quieter than this one.

Not really good at all
I have no had this pump running for about 5 years and it has finally packed up. It is LOUD, which personally I don't care about but worth taking into consideration. When I had a lodger, taking a shower late in the night when someone was already sleeping would of woken them up. We have had 4 leaks from this unit in the time we had it. Two of the leaks came from the hoses supplied splitting, which is cheap enough to replace, but comes with water damage of course! The other two leaks have come from the inlet joints, which are made of plastic. I will NEVER purchase another pump that does not have brass connectors or something more robust than plastic.

Dissapointing
Purchased to replace an old pump that had been used every day for the last fifteen years before finally giving up this new pump is very poor keeps cutting out half way through a shower or fails to even start when shower taps opened suspect faulty product and will be taking it back

Great pressure but loud
Just fitted this and while it works very well, simple to fit and build quality seams ok, the noise is like an industrial pressure washer in your house. Hence the low quality review given

watermill shower pump
I bought this model (wasp 66) about 5 yrs ago and it's packed up. Have been told by Watermill that 5-6 yrs is the life. Not very good for £200.

Does the job
Not a fan of plastic connections but sealed easy with no leaks from the off. system was piped in new so hadn't any make up issues.Wiring connectors a bit fiddly as the connections are very small. Is slightly noisy (mine's in the airing cupboard but is masked by the actual shower noise anyway, and you're normally only in for 5 mins). I've also made a bit of a box surrounding the pump using insulation foam to deaden this a bit. Pumping pressure superb. Piped to a drench type shower and almost massages you at the same time.

It's OK!
It's just powerful enough but so terribly noisy!! For a noisy pump and a just sufficient shower power, i thought it was very expensive

Not happy
I have brought two of these pumps now. Very disappointed in them both. The first one lasted about 18 months and the second one has only lasted 6 months. They are not a cheap pump. Off back to B&Q with it rubbish don't buy one.

Watermill 2 bar twin impellor
I bought this product in good faith but in all honestly it is too noisy to be installed in a normal sized house and the customer was not happy. 3 bar is solid brass and much quieter.

Noise
I've just had this pump fitted, unfortunately for me my shower pump is housed in the bathroom vanity unit and the noise is shocking, I'm sure the neighbours must know when I'm having a shower!
