Peat free and great value
Excellent product for the money. I use it on my allotment as a mulch and then sow straight into it in the 'no dig' way.

Great value compost!
I was really pleased to find this peat free budget compost - it was good value. It seems quite sustainable too as there were polystyrene balls which many companies use as cheap filler (but isn't good for garden birds or other wildlife). The compost texture was very open and quite twiggy - fine for a soil conditioner or for barrel sized, large planters, though not so good for potting small plants.
