Onions are one of the easiest things to grow in your garden. The Jermor Shallot variety has a excellent flavour & can easily be grown in containers.

- Harvesting period: Summer
- Instructions for planting: Prepare the ground by forking it over, removing weeds and raking to leave a fine finish, Split the bulb in to individual pieces and plant in rows 15cm apart. . Push the bulb so it is half way into the soil.
- After planting care instructions: Water& feed regularly, When the leaves have dried and turned yellow, dig up the onions and leave to dry on the ground for at least two days. Store in a dry and airy place.
