Test out your favourite Valspar colours at home – this sample pot has a silk finish and is suitable for interior walls and ceilings.

- Surface Preparation - For indoor use only. Do not apply in damp or humid conditions. Apply when the temperature of the surface being painted is above 10°C. Glossy surfaces should be deglossed before painting. Repair all damaged areas before painting. Remove old, loose or flaky paint. New, fresh plaster must be sealed with Valspar® Interior Primer & Undercoat prior to painting. Other bare, absorbent surfaces must be sealed with primer or a first coat of this product prior to applying the finishing coat.
- Instructions for Use - Stir contents to ensure paint is thoroughly mixed. Purchase enough paint to complete the job. When purchasing more than one container of the same colour, intermix containers to ensure colour uniformity. If you feel that you may run out of paint, stop at a corner or a natural break. Apply 1–2 coats using a suitable brush, roller or sprayer. Apply liberally, working from dry areas into the paint’s wet edge and finish with gentle, vertical strokes. Avoid excessive rolling or brushing. Extra coats may be required when making dramatic colour changes. Do not thin this product. Dries to the touch in about 1 hour under normal conditions. Allow 2-4 hours between coats.

Beautiful colour and great quality!
I bought this colour as a sample pot and I was very pleased with the results! The quality and finish on the wall is fantastic and the colour really glows when the sun shines! It’s painted in a west facing room and it’s lovely

Excellent match
Bought this to paint a kitchen island so it would match our new kitchen cupboards. Was very pleased with the colour match and good that we didn’t have to buy an oversized pit that we wouldn’t use.

Valspar tester pot
Bought several tester pots, with amazing help from Tracey at the Norwich store. Great samples and provided us with what we needed to decide on which colour for our kitchen

Valaper paint - superb
Valsper paint is absolutely the best paint iv found. It gives a very smooth beautiful finish giving the room an expensive look. I have used it in many of the rooms in my house. They have a wide range of colours mixed for you on the spot. Highly recommend it.

Great for small jobs
Used on a Centre island as we had had a new kitchen. Took a kitchen board into B and Q and the match with the new units was incredible.

VALSPAR PAINT
Great paint with a great choice of colours. Have used this product twice this month as love it so much . Covers well too The staff at B&Q st Hemel Hempstead are soo helpful every time I go there. They are very knowledgable on paint too. Use to use Dulux but now prefer VALSPAR Think it use to be on the market ‘years’ ago? Things often make a comeback

Scanned colour too dark
I took a paint sample to be matched by scanning. I was told it would not scan because it was too glossy. I said give it a go and see what happens. It did scan and the resulting paint in thetester pot looked an almost prfect match. However when I tried it out at home it dried much darker than th original colour, so was useless for touching up defects in th original paintwork. And before you ask, yes I did stir the pot before use.

Perfect paint for my needs
The staff in store were really helpful when I wanted a small amount of paint to colour match to my current colour. The result was ideal and I was really pleased with the service provided. The paint is really easy to apply and gives a good solid coat. I found it dried in a couple of hours and was ready to apply a second coat, making the job very quick and easy. The paint was easy to clean out of brushes and paint pads which was another bonus. Really happy with the end result.

Great choice of colours
I have used many colours in this range as I like the soft sheen. Good that you can try the match pots first and you get a good amount in the match pots to give you a great idea of the colour
