Expensive and nasty
Bought one panel to finish a job with four panels bought from Carver’s in Wolverhampton. Got home to realise that B&Q product had only four longitudinal strips - needed five to match. But! The high quality Carver’s unit was £11 and the B&Q product costs £16 with stapled joints that pulled apart far too easily. Very poor product. Sorry B&Q, this is taking the p...

No pre-delivery quality checks or care for product
Absoloutly disguated at the state my trellis arrived in. 1 wooden strips totally off with stapples all hanging out the other side. Another wooden stip is completely missing. And on another trellis, a wooden strip is hanging off and i believe that if i were to hammer in myself it might buckle the staples. The wood on all 4 is soaked right through to the point of almost rot. And it was deliverered in 12 days, not the promised 7. Work is due to be done on the date it got delivered so as you can imagine, i was far from happy. WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD PICS, ALL SAID TOO LARGE
