Good and reasonably quiet but tricky to refuel
Identical to one made by b&d that I had before (which gave up the ghost) this generator is reasonably quiet and works well. I always have it set to the eco throttle mode and it doesn't seem to have a problem speeding up or slowing down as it accommodates different loads. Fuel economy is pretty decent. The only downside is that it is quite difficult to re fuel. There is a gauze filter sleeve in the fill hole and this very much slows down the speed at which it can take fuel, so you have to be very careful not to pour too fast. Also, when it gets near full watch out as the shape of the internal fuel container causes the last bit of level to rise very quickly. All that coupled with no means to see the fuel level other than keeping on stopping pouring and checking, then guestimating how much more to add, make it a faff to refill and one drop too far and it will overflow. That said, pretty decent little thing.
