No good!
It wasn’t made clear that you have to buy their brand size staples for it, so it’s NOT universal. I have loads of my own staples that I can’t use in it now! Bit of a con really!

CANT BUY SUITABLE STAPLES IN STORE
The stapler itself is ok however bandq dont stock the staples that it uses . i had to buy staples on line .

Useless
Unable to purchase correct staples: unable to return as supplies in sealed blister pack which has to be ripped to open. Not a good experience. Amazon here I come.

Disqualified
I asked a member of B&Q that i want a stapler for furniture use and they give me a cable tacker with magnission stapler that did not fit in. the next day when i went to return they did not accept as i ripped the package. I went to screw fix for stapler but i couldn't find it so i have to trash the stapler.

Superb stapler, pity about the seller!
Today I bought the Stanley 6-CT10X stapler. Great feel and quality, expensive but all good tools are. The problem is the buyer at B&Q doesn't understand that the Stanley staple dimensions are measured in length not width and they sell you the Magnusson staples which are measured across the width and guess what? - they don't fit. Buy only Stanley Staples to the correct code, but this means buying the staples elsewhere or possibly buying both the stapler and staples from an outlet that does understand the product requirements.
