Should be called all purpose paint stripper!
I am not sure what all the purposes are that duck suggests you use this for but I used this for the most common one - masking off one painted area to get a clean line when painting the adjacent one. The one quality required was for it not to remove the paint from the area that it masked. It failed. I now need to repaint my ceiling.
