Does not Cover in One Coat
I bought a mid-grey emulsion to cover a light cream wall. Coverage was very poor after the first coat and it actually took a further two coats to cover properly. Unfortunately time restraints meant I had to continue with this product rather than returning it for something better. Very disappointed that it didn't do anything it said on the tin. I recommend not to waste your time or money with this product.

Great paint!
I chose this paint as I was renovating a toy box for my grandson. It looks stunning and I’m sure he’ll be delighted with it. It’s a very chic colour and goes well with the fabric I covered the seat with.

painting a bed frame
so a pal asks me to paint her bed frame , i found this paint in the shade she likes. so i begin by sugar soaping the frame to remove any greas and dirt. The paint is easy to use and looks good

Waste of money!!
I will never buy B&Q paints again, this is supposed to be a premium paint, don't make me laugh, it's appalling! I used this paint on a newly plastered wall, having firstly painted the wall with a couple of coats of basic white emulsion to soak in, then I have applied at least 3 coats and even more on the edges, as the outline of the metal corner plates is showing as a different shade, even though this was not visible on the pre painted wall or after the white paint and the other major issue is that the paint has crackled and looks like it is starting to flake. Don't waste your money, buy Dulux or another branded paint. The last time I bought a B&Q product was a varnish, which I used on my banister and it never dried, so I had to rub it all off and start again with a Ronseal product.

Two coats
I love the colour of this paint, and it was a good match. However this definitely needed two coats as the previous colour really showed through.

Lovely Finish
Very pleased with the end result of this product... it's one of lighter varieties of gray, had considered charcoal and grey slate, but I have a smaller room and the other colours would have been too dark. This was perfect and elegant, went on evenly in one coat (applied liberally) as advertised, however I had a darker colour feature wall, and a second coat was required as stated and really happy with the end result.

Very patchy
Probably the worst paint I have used in terms of application. After 2 coats it came up a lot better but nowhere near the colour that I expected however it is still a nice colour, more of a blue than grey.
