Do not purchase
Brought this online . Delivery was quick but when it arrived the fire was incomplete with no trim surround supplied . You are enable to purchase the trim either for an additional cost. Returned to B & Q who gave a full refund without question. This item should not be sold on this site and staff at store said would arrange for the item to be taken off the site.

Product does not look like the picture on the webs
Bought this product and returned it straight away as the front of the fire was all screws and slots. Replaced by B &Q with no problems but when the second one arrived the same problem. Looking on Sirocco's website, the trim is an additional item. B & Q cannot supply this. You have to be a dealer to buy it. B & Q - either change your photo of the product or supply the trim as standard. Can't fault the help given in the Worthing store for a refund. If the trim was provided I would give 5*.
