Tar Looks Like New
First time I have used this brand and was impressed, good coverage and easy to put on, was touch dry well within the four hours stated, but didn’t drive over it until 24hours had passed. The guide for coverage was spot on, required five in total to cover my drive twice. Powerhosed the night before and cut in all edges using a fence paintbrush, then used a roller on a pole to do the main part. Goes on really easily, if you have a decent pile on the roller then any small gaps / imperfections are easily filled. If the durability is as good as it states I would use this again no problem. Best bit is that all brushes and rollers wash out with hot soapy water.

Prepare a hot bath
Good product. Plan your escape. Don't paint yourself into a corner. The coverage indicator on the tub is accurate, 25m2. Using a medium roller I found the roller when loaded with the product flattens the roller pile. It's not a fault of the product or roller, just the nature of a roller. This means the roller skims over the tarmac but tarmac is not smooth like a kitchen work top, it's pitted so you need to apply pressure to the roller to penetrate the indents in the tarmac. Doing this creates a foaming action then the foam finds its way into the pits and crevices. Be sure to cut the edges in with a brush. I think in hindsight a large pasting brush would be as effective as a roller. It's back breaking especially doing it by yourself. That's why you'll need a hot bath afterwards. The result though is satisfying. I'll not be applying a second coat as it took 7.5 hours to complete the first coat although I have a lengthy drive. I took extra time massaging the product into the tarmac to avoid a second coat. Hopefully it'll stand up to the elements and won't need done for a long time.

Good as new
Bought a month or so ago and decided to put it on during this dry spell. The driveway looks brand new. Took two coats for a driveway that can fit two cars on next two each other with one and a half tubs for both coats.
