Excellent
Does exactly what it says I have used out doors on my roof / pvc years ago and it is as good now as when first used . Using again now on my garage tiles excellent grab and waterproofing.

External use turns to jelly in 12 months
I was recommended this product but experience shows it deteriorates badly used outside. I have tried both the clear and black versions on a river boat around windows. After 12 months it had turned to a jelly and could be wiped off leaving a sticky mess. I thought I had been unlucky until my brother told me he had exactly the same result using it.

Black Sealant
You can get this in black or white, and a clear version which is harder to find. Although this is mentioned on the label (in fairly small print) the colour of the nozzle denotes what type is in the tube. Used this a couple of years back to try and stop heavy rain from getting in around a window somewhere and it seems to have done the job so now about to try it on something else. As other reviewers have stated it is quite messy and hard to control from what I remember - I put this down to me being a sealant novice but maybe it’s not just my technique then (or lack of)

Awful
Not only this sealant is awful for the price, gooey and messy, but it's also BLACK. Advertised on the front to seal windows but black, with no mention of the colour anywhere on the product. Who wants black sealant on windows and doors?

Great product
We bough this product last month when we moved house and its been a life saver. Would highly recommend if you are after a multipurpose product.

Brilliant adhesive
I've been using this to put up wooden battening. It's quite thick, you'll benefit from using a good caulking gun rather than the cheapest available, but it comes out neatly and is easy to apply.

The best there is
I've used this product for many years professionally, it is my go to sealant when I want the highest quality, you do need a good solid gun as it is dense, but this is a superior professional product that stands all weathers when used outdoors.
