Poor product don’t waste your time and money
Everything about this summerhouse is cheap and nasty. Wood splits poor quality nails screws and all fittings rough. If the roofing felt last more than a year I will be very surprised.

Unsatisfied
I bought this summerhouse about 3 weeks ago and the design is faulty in several places. The windows do not fit close enough to the frame, allowing water to enter the building. They do not supply guttering and this allows water to enter the building at the base of the walls. The door is warped and we have had to fix an extra fastener in order to keep the door shut. I have given it two coats of outdoor paint but i dread to think what condition it will be in after a couple of years.

OK for a cheap summerhouse.
We read the other reviews and stocked up beforehand with thicker felt and longer nails, and we were glad the we had done. The building went together very easily and we were very pleased, especially with the better quality felt. Then we came to hang the doors and found that we could not get them to close. We got a carpenter to have a look and he said one of them was warped, and maybe it would straighten over time. Our tip; make sure you check the corners with a T square as you are building it, as none of ours ended up square.

Good value
The summer house was unpacked and unloaded onto the drive. Advisable to have someone help move it to the back garden. It comes in quite light panels so easy to shift around. I covered mine with plastic as I wasn't assembling for a week, and if you are siting in the corner of your garden with no access to the back of the summer house make sure you paint the corner back panels with a decent preservative before assembly as reaching the back may be a problem after you have built if its next to your fence. Follow the instructions which are very good. I found one or two panels needed a small trim as they weren't cut completely straight and this is important for a good tight fit. Assembly took 2 of us most of the day - the glazing although not difficult is time consuming and the roof felt you should roll out completely before trimming as we were 30cm short and had to patch up - tip is to cut the shortest length first and be careful as its pretty flimsy stuff and can tear easily. Oh and when fitting the doors fit them as high as possible in the gap as they drop after the glass is fitted and catch the step The finished article is really nice and I am very happy with it.

Good Summerhouse but roofing nails are a joke
Summerhouse fitted together well and the wooden construction feels of good quality in this price band. The roofing felt appears to be the equivalent to the cheep light-weight felt you get from DIY store. It would have been nice to see a heavier-weight felt or an option for it. Delivery was fast and painless. The only let down was the roofing nails. Don't attempt to use the roofing nails supplied as they are only about 5mm long and have no grip on the shaft. These nails barely penetrate the wood and have no ridges in the shaft to prevent them popping out. I ended up getting some proper roofing nails from a DIY store, not a great expense but wasted time. Interestingly looking at the roofing nails available from B&Q and other DIY shops none of them sell such short useless nails :) Rating quality of product as 'Fair' solely on the roofing nails otherwise would have rated 'Good'.
