Poor customer service
I ordered this product, went through the process to gain approval from Shire to proceed (demonstration that the base was flat with numerous pictures & measurements). Once they had finally accepted my base, we agreed a delivery & assembly slot but they were unable to provide any timings. Having taken a day off work, I was informed by e-mail on the day that they could not make the delivery (wasted day). They then agreed a second date, after some pressure, they agreed to commit to am/pm delivery. Having taken another day off, again informed they could not make the delivery as they had damaged the product (wasted day) Feels very unprofessional, very little apology and a 3week wait to get my money back. I would not recommend the product, service or manufacturers.
