Disappointed with actual running time
Disappointed with actual running time. But does the job it’s meant to when running. I should have done more investigating before I bought product. Own lots of shark products but would not buy this again

Not fit for purpose
I'm quite confused as to why this has so many 5 star reviews. I think it must be because people just want a shark. It's really not good. For starters It has to be charged for 4 hours just for 10 minutes of usage, that alone is a waste of money especially with today's electricity prices. The suction is very poor. It's heavy to hold and very bulky and awkward. It really is poorly designed. I tried it on my stairs and it was useless. I returned mine and found a better one for half the price.

Great for pet hair.
Powerful little hoover. Great for when you need a quick tidy up and the pet attachment is really impressive. Our two cats are moulting and this little hoover cleaned the hair from the chairs and sofa beautifully.

I was very pleased with my Shark Handheld Vacuum. Great suction for the size. Easy to use and easy to empty. Worth the money in my opinion. Great for nooks and cranny’s and upholstery.

Brilliant bit of kit
Bought this to keep the inside of a lorry clean and its perfect for the job, compact enough to get to all the hard to reach places but powerful enough to pick up all the dust and dirt.
