Well worth the upgrade
Upgraded from a 55" TU8500 and this is a different league. Picture is amazing. Still in the "getting-to-know" phase but UI is slicker and quicker than previous Samsung. Can't comment on the sound quality as I'm using in conjunction with a separate soundbar.

control with Samsung smart app
You can control the TV using a remote on your mobile through the Samsung smart app. Handy to turn off TV when out and forget it! However the stand is large and cumbersome not like the old Samsung TV which had neater feet.
