One Coat...

Bought this Sadolin One Coat wood treatment as I was short on time and didn't want to have to give my log cabin multiple coats of wood treatment. Disappointed to find that the instructions on the tin recommend at least two coats. Buyers please be aware that One Coat requires more than one coat.

Covers well but it's not "One Coat"

I used this on a 10 year old, previously stained, hardwood fence that I power washed before applying. It was easy to apply and covered well over both the newly bared wood and the previous stain. However, despite being named "One Coat" the instructions on the can say that for best results use two coats! That made it quite expensive. Also, brushes are almost impossible to clean completely.
