Bit dissapointing
I bought this to replace another . There doesn't seem to be a lot of steam and the carpet guard doesn't fit securely like my other one did. Hopefully I will get used to it but couldn't recommend it

steam mop
It is easy to use and effectively cleans my kitchen and bathroom floors without the need for chemicals, it would have been a 5* rating but the floors take a while to dry after using the mop.

Great little mop, handy, cost-effective
I bought this mop having used my mum's and I much prefer this one even though hers is much more expensive. This one is really handy, light, less bulky than some of the more expensive ones. House looks and smells really clean. Had to buy 5 more pads as 2 is not enough with a dog in the house! Water reservoir is a good size, cable is long enough. Stands up on its own when stored unlike some others. Great product.

Great little mop
Bought this as I have a lot of vinyl flooring to keep clean and I haven't been disappointed. It's a great little machine. It heats up quickly. I didn't know how dirty my floors were till I used this.
