Bad toaster
I just bought this toaster and its quality it less quality than the one I had 10 years ago which was much better quality of steel , and function .... I feel I am ripped off the money I paid for this bad quality ... This product is heading toward the worse which I believe because of stopping of the industry for zero net .. This toaster was good quality ten years ago but now is one of the cheap lower quality .... Very disappointed and it makes bad smell

Impractical.
I bought this toaster. For me it's useless 😔 😪 The cable is not only short, but the cable comes out near the front of the toaster, consequently it does not reach my power point on the back wall. Somebody ,tell me, how could you make it so stupid? Surely the smart thing would be to bring the cable out of the back of the toaster, then it may have been OK.

Constant smell of burning
Would not recommend, smells of burning whenever switched on and doesn't toast properly

Poor quality product
Defrost setting is good, however the toaster does not take thicker slice bread products. The bread support cages are very flimsy and keep dropping out of place, and are very difficult to get back in.
