Handrail
Good price and product. My only complaint is that the brackets and end caps were supplied by a different supplier when bought on line through the B&Q website and consequently came separately from the hand rail. That’s not really a big issue and doesn’t detract from this specific item.

Stair Handrail
I bought the handrail as it was in one complete length which enabled me to put the fixing points where needed for my staircase. I tried other 'packaged' handrails but they were in three sections and the fixings did not line up with possible wall & banister fixing points. I was able to return the 'packaged' hand rail and got a full refund. The staff were very helpful.

Poor quality
Bought 2 of these online for a job, had them collected the day of installation. 1 was bent 40cm at the end & the other was split 2m in on the underside due to knot. Had to do a repair on the second 1 & lost 40cm from the other 1 Poor quality

Pine hand rail
I bought this pine hand rail to fit up the stairs to assist my wife and I to enable easier access up the stairs.

Poor finish and overall quality
The item was the only one of its kind in stock and it took me around 30 minutes to find 1 which was not warped/bowed. The storing of the item may be the issue. Secondly each end of the item had a rough cut and required further cutting to neaten it up. The wood is a soft wood
