Avoid verified seller Nesstar.ltd
Bought item to find it was leaking at the handle. Seller sent a replacement cartridge and upon opening the handle to replace the cartridge found rust and wear inside so item not new. Replacement cartridge also used as had limescale on. They eventually sent out another tap which worked. The new tap did contain extra fittings so this seller obviously resells used parts as new. Tap itself has a really nice finish and good quality but just buy it from somewhere else. Luckily I could do work myself as otherwise would of been 3 trips from a plumber and far outway cost of the tap.

Beautiful tap but fiddly hoses connections+leaks
This is a beautiful kitchen tap and at a superb price. Shipping and packaging from the seller were also first class. Fitment was fairly straightforward but the instructions are in pigeon english so the order of steps isn't considered i.e. thread all hoses through the mounting parts before attaching them to your tap. The hoses are tricky to tighten inside the tap base as the 2 bolted ends sit inside a recessed enclosure where you can't get a spanner. Once fitted the tap performs brilliantly, however my first version started leaking from inside the handle a few days later and the water started tasting metallic. After several messages to the seller I managed to receive a replacement tap. This one hasn't leaked yet.

Value for money
I bought this to replace a kitchen tap with a secondary 'shower tap', which I had so many problems with. Wanted a straightforward tap, and this is perfect. It is a very neat design, easy to wipe clean and good value
