Do Not Buy
I have tried this on 2 bathrooms. both times it dried incredibly dark, cracked and shrank. Gaps on the first one were 3mm and 5mm on the second. Same problems both times. Avoid this and spend the money on a well know brand name powder grout so you wont be disappointed and have to re-do.

Cracked everywhere
This grout is awful, I have tried using it in 2 different bathrooms, once using a sponge and water and then without. Same result both times. Now I have to grind out the grout, spend more money and start again. Never use this!!!

Wrong colour
I wanted a medium grey grout. So bought this. Has dried black. Not as advertised, trading standards should take a look.

More black than grey and don’t use water/sponge
DO NOT USE A SPONGE/WATER! If you follow the instructions, it’s fine but it does dry a much darker colour. We bought this product for a tiler as we wanted to pick the right grey. The tiler used it like he normally would apply grout by going over it with a wet sponge...do not do this! He didn’t read the instructions. It looked fine to begin with but then dried all cracked and looked horrendous. Luckily, it was a small area and we had some left over in the tub so I had to go over it myself and carefully read the instructions. Don’t go over it with water or it will dry cracked. Just use a grouting profiler and wipe excess away with a damp cloth only. Let it dry and then using a dry cloth to buff away the thin layer left over on the tile. Once it’s fully dry, you can go over it with water. But it does dry more like a black colour which was disappointing. We specifically wanted to pick the colour to get the right shade and ended up being darker. We are lucky the colour doesn’t look too bad against the tiles we got. But if you want a lighter grey like it shows in the tub, then do not buy this. If you want a dark grey/black grout and you follow the instructions, it’s fine.

Grout cracks once dry!
This ready to use grout was very easy to use and really liked the colour of the product. Looked great drying. Once dried, it cracked everywhere and ruined a project I had been working on for several weeks. Very upset and disappointed

This is not grey
Bought this as the swatch on the front looked a lights grey. This is more like a black colour. Had hoped it would lighten as it dried but it didn't change colour at all. Now have to remove it all and re do. What a waste of £17!

Fine but dark colour
The grout is fine but the colour is charcoal grey not the colour on the outside of the tub, which was disappointing as I wanted a lighter grey - I thought it would dry a lighter colour but it dries darker - I'll just have to live with it now - why can't they show the colour more accurately?
