Good value
I think this item is attractive and reasonably robust. All bird-tables tend to be top-heavy, but the pegs supplied seem strong and long enough to keep it stable if placed on a lawn (mine is on a patio so I've screwed it to the ground). So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rubbish - don't waste your money
Very cheap light-weight wood, falls over at the slightest breeze. There are better quality ones for cheaper price you can buy locally & stay upright!

About the worst quality product I have bought
Without too much exaggeration, this is about the worst quality product I have ever bought, especially from a reputable retailer such as B&Q. I purchased this bird table mid-December 2020, and by the end of February 2021 the base has fallen apart, and it doesn’t look like it will be too long before it detaches from the post. £35 may not make this the Rolls Royce of bird tables, but I would expect it to stay in one piece for longer than two and a half months!

Solid and well made
If your like myself, I've spent far to long looking for the right bird table. Some look brilliant and have a hefty price tag as well, but I found this at B&Q and as we have a large garden, went back the next day and bought another one. If you look at the photos's submitted please don't be put off by the disheveled look as they have been stored outside with the plants at B&Q so obviously been open to all the elements. The bird table was solid and pretty heavy, which is a good thing, and also comes with two 12" pegs to make sure it doesn't get blown over with the wind.The bird table is height adjustable so that is perfect for whatever height you wish, low down or at full height. I decided to modify it a little so i gently sanded it down and added four pieces of wood as a barrier to stop the pigeons and only allow the smaller birds to get the food. You can either screw or nail them in or even cut the prices a littler longer than you need and "wedge" them in so no nails or screws needed. I then had some water based wood preserver and painted it. Overall I think they look quite good and the preserver will make sure they last a while. For the price I think it's worth it. Hope this helps.
