Hmm. I don't have any issues with them.
I've used them regularly over the years ... yes sometimes one isn't enough, but if you're careful 1 is enough to do a quick wipe around the toilet SEAT. Anything else that needs a good clean I use bleach or other antibac spray with a cloth/sponge.

Far too small and thin
I use at least two and sometimes three singles Doubles are better, so I do not recommend
