- Soil moisture: Well drained
- Remove the plants from the bag of compost and soak them in water for 3-4 hours. Dig soil improver and bonemeal in to the planting area before planting The foliage of herbaceous perennials will die down in winter and the plant produces fresh growth in the spring. The dead foliage should be trimmed away to just above ground level and the position of the plant marked with a label.

No bulbs in pack. Would give 0 star rating if able
I bought two packs, one of 3 delphiniums and one of 3 lupins. Only 1 lupin and 0 delphiniums in the packs. What a complete waste of £5.00. I will never buy bulb packs from B AND Q again and will make sure friends and neighbours know of my experience.

Ditto last review
Just opened 2 newly purchased packs of bulbs; instead of finding 6 bulbs I found 3. Not worth even the multi-buy price.
