Great ottoman
This ottoman storage bed is great. Lots of space under the bed and easy to lift it open and close it again. The headboard is really nice too. I would recommend this bed, especially if you don't have much storage space.

damage bed
i brought bed from here and they sent me a damage bed and i’m trying to contact the B&Q for collection, they re telling me it’s not from them and it’s from different market . i brought my bed from B & Q . and pay the amount to B&Q . they re telling me to contact the market place where does not exit . it looks like I am stuck with damage bed and haven’t gotten a refund from B&Q .

Great under bed Storage
Easy enough to put together. To pull up the frame with the mattress is okay. A bit stiff to start with but gets easier with use. It looks great and very comfortable.

Good storage
I was surprised at how much it can hold underneath the frame and was really expecting to have to find space elsewhere. Even after putting all my valuables (junk!) in, there’s plenty of room for more. Be aware that getting the frame up and down at first isn’t easy, though it gets better with use. First couple times I had to clamber on the tilted frame and mattress, shuffle to the end, and use my weight to close it. Also you do need to have the mattress on. Construction wasn’t bad. I did it mostly by myself, and I’m a 70-year old female. The instructions are clear enough. Delivery time was good too. Only one issue; on opening the box the faux leather had a small tear, but as I was desperate for a bed I just patched it up. On the whole I’m really pleased.
