door knobs were different colour to rest of wood

Delivery driver left parcel in back garden on a very rainy week even though packaging clearly stated that product should be kept dry but luckily it did not rain that day. Quality of product let down by fact that drawer knobs were stained different colour to that of rest of wood. Top, bottom and feet were coloured as online photo but drawer knob where a chocolate brown. Easy to construct and came with goods instructions.

Looks lovely

Bought two of these and the matching dressing table they look lovely. Easy to put together and packed very well. Great price just look brilliant.

Nice looking unit.

I bought this item on its looks and was not disappointed. However though it was easy to build it is not of the quality I expected. The whole unit is wobbly on its legs even after some adjustments and some of the drawers especially one of the small drawers is not square and won't close fully. Probably wouldn't buy another.

Extremely poor design - do not buy

A six-year old could have designed a better product. The front panel is attached to the side panel only by glue, and quite predictably they started coming off after just over a month. I had to pay a handyman to fix them again, this time professionally. To think that I had to wait for more than a month for this item to be delivered from Denmark ! I will never buy furniture from B&Q again.

Take care

Purchased several items from the Oslo range, and while it is relatively easy to put together you would be well advised to use wood glue on all joints. Also we used plywood for the backing to give the furniture more strength. When compared to our old bedroom furniture - well it just doesn't in anyway! We wanted something lighter and for a change - but use your common sense take the instructions with a pinch of salt and you will get reasonable bedroom furniture that will be of a suitable quality. If you only use what comes with the product I think it would be a bit on the flimsy side.

Very average

Quality of top and base of unit quite good- solid wood and nice smooth finish. Quality of drawers not as good as they could be. They are too shallow to hold much and the bases are made of the flimsiest wood so although they look ok from the outside they are not very practical. Each large drawer only holds about 4 jumpers comfortably. It looks like you are getting a lot of storage when looking at the number of drawers from the outside but the reality is they are quite limited in capacity.

Really poor quality. The drawer fronts are only glued on so probably won't stay on long. The drawer bases are thinner than cardboard and the base on the unit is not a solid piece of wood. The colour is much darker than it appears on screen and is more yellow than cream. I had problems with the supply and delivery and have had to complain several times. Gets 1 star because I can't select no stars.
