Pleasantly surprised
I was afraid to order this, considering the negative review. I was however pleasantly surprised when I received the tree. There was minimal loss of foliage, and the balance was good. The delivery person was friendly and professional. I give 4 star not 5 because I think the tree was a little bit too aggressively trimmed.

Very sorry looking tree
Based on the photo and reviews I was really hoping this would be a nice looking tree. Unfortunately what's been delivered is nowhere near what is described or what other reviews show - it has a very gaunt appearance, looks like many of the branches have been hacked off, it's wonky and there's lots of debris in the pot. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible
Tree was horrendous. Budget stores sell much better quality trees for a third of the price. I won’t be buying a tree from B&Q again. Looked half dead and quite embarrassing!!

Tiny tree
I ordered this tree online and to be delivered as I cannot lift or carry anything heavy. It is described as 80 - 100 cm but on this review page it says 2 foot 6 inches. I had wanted it for the porch to put in a pot I already had. The tree was delivered this morning and looks pathetic. This is what happens when you cannot go and chose in person. The size is fine for a small indoor tree but looks sad and pathetic where it is. Disappointed,

Beautiful little tree
Our cats demolished our artificial tree so left with just a week and a half to Christmas desperately in need of a new one. Love this, beautiful shape and really full branches. Keeping everything crossed that I can keep it alive!
