Hob Knob
I was pleased to have a gas hob to use again. I find cooking on this hob very easy because I can control the gas. I like the stainless steel base easy to clean and the iron plates stay in place when cooking. I do find cleaning around the knobs a little awkward but manage if I take time. This is a very good product.

OLD NEFF TO NEW ONE
I wanted a white one, but only silver crome available, well what can I say, the sainless steel is a nighmare every mark show up how ever careful you are cooking, then there are the switches, what a silly place to put them, right in the reach of small fingers, side would of been better, then there are the plates that go over the flames, there is no grip for them to slot into for safety, there just laid on the top, removing the actual resting plates, to clean sainless steel, becareful as that can scatch it, i have never cleaned it so much than I did with my last neff gas hob. bring back more safety, and a better colour choice, please.

effective and efficient
The hob is well structured, with supports in all areas for my pans. The variety of burners covers all the levels of heating I need. I particularly like the controls, which are clear to read and can be felt as they move from one level of heating to the next (9 levels in all, so they can be very finely adjusted). The surface responds well to a standard stainless steel cleaner, and the sections of hob come apart well for cleaning.

Great hob
Great functioning hob. The only downfall is, there isn't a light by the knobs that told you which ring you had been using. So you would know which ring might be hot still.This function was on my last Neff hob.

Gas hob
I have been using the gas hob for over two years now and can honestly say that it is very easy to use, fulfill our expectations and makes my husband very happy when cooking his chips. The double ring is a revelation. The only thing that I find a bit difficult is to maintain the metal surface spotlessly clean while abiding by the rule to always wipe in the direction of the grain.
