Product Review
So far we are pleased with the hob - it is a replacement for a Neff hob (bought at least 15 years ago) that the gas recently did not ignite and we had a chip on the black base along with the crack on one of the black metal parts that saucepans sit on. I assume that the writing near the gas switches will last longer than the previous model.

Not too bad
The flame and heat itself is really good but the burners are easily stained and a you get scared of giving it an extra scrub incase you scratch them.

Becareful
Should have gone for glass one as opposed to the stainless steel . We are of indian heritage and trust me the hob takes an Almighty hammering . The main issue is the cleaning of the hob. The rings and supports have to be gently coaxed back to lofe with warm soapy water after its been 12 round with the Wife's cooking . Unfortunately it takes time. The stainless steel , yes I know I should have thought about it before purchase on what type of hammering it was to take - u have to be ultra careful not to scratch it . The gas burners all work fine with decent heat output but cleaning wise etc wouldn't reccomend .

NEFF - The Hob of the House!
Initially, in despair as the orginal aged hob wouldn't work I now feel 'rescued' by the new hob which presents as good looking and strong! Its easy to ingnite, sturdy to cook on and easy to clean - what else could a cook wish for?

A good hob
We have had the hob installed for a year now and very happy with it. We did have an issue with it in that the at the centre large burner would not light sometimes, but Neff replaced it and all is now ok. The only comment is that the large ring has a small inner ring, and it would be useful if that could be used independently for smaller pans.
