Rubbish
We bought this 18 months ago and within months the tiles were separating and the top layer chipping and coming off. Complained and had it inspected with the outcome that B&Q will take no responsibility as they say it's not a manufacturing problem. Will now be taking it to the Ombudsman

An easy lay
I bought this product back in 2016 and it has now been down for two years. it still looks as though it was put down yesterday and it has not separated at the joints. I have put it down in the kitchen, Study and the hallway, all busy areas and very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend this.

Don’t buy!
This is a terrible product compared to what exists. I purchased this floor and underlay as recommended by a B&Q shop assistant (against my concerns). Worse nightmare ever: the floor is sliding and moving and does not stay clicked. It also is damaged to the point where I need to change my floor only 2.5 months after having it laid on the floor. This ridiculous poor quality product is a scam. This makes me question the expertise of any b&q Staff.

Good flooring
Have used this flooring in my kitchen, and a slate coloured one in the bathroom. Great tiles, easy to lay.

Utter rubbish do not buy
Looks good, waterproof etc. Big problem is it doesn't stay together. Random planks separate leaving gaps all over, relaid 3 times same problem as others. Basically not fit for purpose, utter nonsense about underlay as it's a floating floor, underlay does not hold planks together!!

Piece of cake
We purchased the click flooring online and bought the underlay in store. The flooring was a piece of cake to fit, went down like laminate, but was a doddle to cut to shape, just used craft knife. It all clicked together very easily and looks superb. We would recommend it to anyone. Also it went down on top of our tiled floor and is much nicer underfoot.

Disappointing
As others have said, the joints in this flooring seperate. We spent a lot on this floor as we have it over most of our ground floor. We had it professionally fitted but within days the joints were separating. We had it relaid with additional spacing all round edges and new thresholds and the same happened again, but even worse. We are still are fighting for someone to resolve the issue as it seems to us that the product is not fit for purpose...would definitely not recommend this.

Flooring that was short
I purchased 26 packs of vinyl flooring and it arrived in a pallet wrapped with lots of plastic, all seemed really great! Then I got the pallet brought to my home in south of Ireland (4 weeks later) and only 21 packs were in the pallet, so disappointed as I had signed for pallet but did not open. Brought back 21 packs yesterday loosing 200 pounds for the privilege!!

looks ok when finished
laid it and looks good but when you start to walk on it and put furniture back in the room it starts to move and the click locking system starts to pull apart it does not look good at all
