Allium moly is easy to grow, great for a beginner. An old traditional cottage garden plant, it's happy in full sun or partial shade. Great for planting under deciduous trees and shrubs or at the foot of hedges, where it will spread into a naturalised carpet of bright golden stars that appear early every summer
