Not as clean as in the photo, but...
Fine for structural work. I bought a couple of these to make ladder accessories - pieces to hold rollers for running the upper ladder sections up a roof while spreading out the load out to avoid damaging the tiles (the rollers being made from mop handles and pool noodles). I designed it all on the basis of the dimensions stated here and then bought the wood, measuring it in the store to make sure it was right. They are indeed 3m long and 22mm thick, with the third dimension being 15cm, although in one case with two to three extra millimetres in that direction. So, I was able to make my pieces three times 22mm wide by sandwiching three plank sections together and holding them with carriage bolts. The wood is dense and strong. Its surface is not in the beautiful condition that you see in the photo of the product, but if you sand a millimetre of surface off it you do get down to nice clean wood - I didn't bother as I was only interested in functionality for this job. The surface was stained and it felt damp, suggesting it was stored outside for a long time or transported a long way exposed to the weather, but it dried out fine in a couple of days once I got it home, and it's what you expect for rough-sawn timber.
