Great
Had stored in shed for awhile Been up in all weathers and never put it down, used the 4 based recommended and only have a slight sway of umbrella in wind. Brilliant

Great hot tub shade
I bought this to give some cover over hot tub. Easy to build and have 2 of the weights which we have topped up with some gazebo weights we had spare. It does swing a bit with wind but it’s not really designed to be used in wind so to be expected. Gives good coverage and dies what we need it to do. Could do with a securing tie for the umberella when Down but apart from that very happy with purchase.

Very dissatisfied
Can't go in the sun due to my cancer treatment. I was looking forward to being outside sat in the shade. It looks modern and stylish, but that's about it! Any little breeze and the parasol would blow leaving me with no coverage, very frustrating. I would not recommend this product, a waste of money....

Really poor do not buy
Faded massively in the Sun and literally fell apart to if I kept my receipt I would have taken it back to not buy save your money cannot believe product this poor he’s sold B&Q

Great value for money
After reading the reviews for this I was worried but no other parasols was in stock so I just bit the bullet and went for it. It’s actually great and really good value! It keeps my whole patio out the sun and we just use a sand bag to keep it in place instead of buying the stand.

Some undeserved harsh reviews.
Bought this parasol in the 20% off sale. No plans to move it around so bolted to concrete slabs using 6 x 100mm coach screws. (Also because the cost of the 4 base weights is more than the parasol itself) Base is rock solid! I wind parasol down and remove it from the base and store it in the shed when not in use. Takes 2 minutes to remove and/or reinsert. Loses one star because as mentioned previously the parasol material is quite light and it does flap in a strong breeze. But overall pleased with it. Looks very nice! Just to add, I initially thought the parasol was square from photo. It is actually hexagonal, but no biggy.

Great purchase
I was also reluctant after reading the negative reviews about this product however I am very happy with my purchase. The parasol is very easy to put up and looks fab in our garden. It works perfectly and looks very neat when it is down. Seems nice and sturdy. Not sure why it has such negative reviews.

Easy to put together. Value for money. Didnt buy the weights. My husband had some spare slabs which work very well to weigh it down. Pleased with product
