Poor Quality Definately NOT TRade
Bought this online got it home and it was so light and flimsy took it straight back and refunded my payment. Poor quality and cannot ever be described as TRADE.

Height is not 2.6m
I bought this today for loft access. States height is 2.6m. However, it’s is only 2.5m fully extended as it has a stop so you cant extend further as it also states you need at least 3 rungs above the height.

Misleading!!
Don't believe the description. When it refers to max. height I don't know what they're talking about because a measurement of its full extension is 2.6m (barely enough to catch the lip of the loft hatch, which was my main use for it) Will be returning it if they let me! Ordered click and collect, they said the receipt would be emailed to me, but 3 days later still waiting. All in all a rubbish product and service

Read the label carefully!
I bought this ladder presuming the headline height on the label was the full extension height of the ladder. It's not and so misleading unless you read the small print. I have a high ceiling to the loft which the headline height would have reached but in fact it does not, making it difficult to use as a loft ladder

Was purchased to wash our caravan so useful to be able to the ladder as a straight or like a step ladder did everything we wanted it to do

Great multi purpose ladder
Bought for replacing some old steps and what a pleasant replacement they are! Lightweight and stable and cover most of the heights i work at 10/10
