Apply this primer from Leyland Trade to interior & exterior , using a brush, to prepare the surface for painting. It takes 16-24 hours to dry and will cover 12 m² per litre on average.
- Solvent-based
- Suitable for Masonry, metal, plaster & wood surfaces
- Brush or roller application
- Instructions for Use - Stir well before use. Apply liberally, brushing firmly onto the surface. One coat is normally sufficient on most surfaces

Good primer
I've been buying this to convert from oil based to water based gloss. It works well, and also as a primer undercoat for oil based gloss.

my go-to primer
The can says "excellent adhesion", and that sums it up. The paint has a really sticky texture and colour density, enabling really good coverage. I use it indoors with a water-based top coat to give the best combination of coverage without yellowing
