Great item and well priced
Bought this as I needed to replace the old one in the lounge. Right there exactly as I needed it to be, just ideal and installed that very day!

Kudox warranty worthless
The reds are cheap and look good to start with but I have had one in a kitchen for a couple of years and it's gone rusty at the bottom (clearly from the outside - it's not leaking). Kudox refuse a warranty claim saying it's caused by moisture (in a kitchen, on a radiator???) or damage during installation (I installed it and it was not damaged). Clearly poor prep before the paint coating was applied. Seems like the warranty is worthless so just bear that in mind when purchasing.

Rubbish
Bought one of these and the brackets were not included , replaced wit another and guess what .... No brackets ........Nevr buy these products

Great product
We brought this to replace a very old radiator which poorly heated our spare bedroom. I was a bit apprehensive buying a relatively cheap replacement but could not have been more wrong. I wish I had replaced the old one years ago! The new radiator heats the room in no time, excellent value and easy for my plumber to fit. Very please, highly recommend it.

Scratched and dented
Like others have found. The radiator was scratched and dented and too much hassle to take back. Very annoyed. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

I bought 2 of these a few months ago, and had them fitted yesterday by the local plumber, the items are very good but when unpacked and fitted one of them had damaged on the side most likely by the courier, damage was slight but still noticeable. It is only the side panel which is replaceable. I contacted the store who would replace the whole radiator but as now fitted was not worth the bother teach me to check them on delivery next time. Still a good buy as heat given is excellent.

solid quality
replaced two smaller rads with two of these, very well packed so no damage, all the fixings in the pack, very well finished, easy to hang and a great price from B&Q very happy outcome!

Returned due to item damage
This found to be damaged on removing packaging again damage found as dent on front panel. Packaging seem to be undamaged. Had to return to local store for replacment
