Disgrace
Bought the radiator and damaged. Replacement sent and again damaged!! 4 radiators later, all damaged and refund arranged. Had to purchase an alternative!!!

Poor quality
Bought 3 of them but ended up not putting them on as the quality of the radiator is very poor especially the grill on the top so flimsy and bendable

Faulty item soon fixed.
Brought the rad for a specific location in the house - it fitted perfectly, but on un-packing, the top grill was damaged. Credit to B&Q Customer Services, arranged a replacement to be sent the following day, and collected the faulty item a few days later, can't really complain about that, so more than happy with product and B&Q service.
