Great radiator poor service
Had to return and buy elsewhere. Don't stock in store. Anything I've ever ordered from online has been broken. This was warped beyond use. Unless had a round wall it was totally un useable

Disappointing quaility

Banana rad
The top grills of these radiators are almost always bent which is acceptable as they can usually be more or less bent back to shape. However, the last one I bought the whole thing was bowed by over 40mm over the 1600mm length. Also the bungs in the radiators connections leave sharp paint remnants throughout the connection. On the plus side staff were helpful and offered a discount on returning to the store.

Excellent value for money
Smar, fitted by plumber , gives excellent heat (in Galley Kitchen) nice and slim. Only disappointment is the top is buckled and will not lay totally flat , think this was caused by delivery as very small sticker says don't left by straps, and they did, I will ask for a replacement (currently Boxing Day) otherwise I recommend this model

Perfect
Replacement rad - looks good for a standard rad and is performing well. Was very impressed that this was delivered to our home the next day (I ordered online) without any extra for a delivery charge - what a great service!!!
