No issues
we purchased these in the Banbury store they were reduced and some boxes were danged we were given a further 20% because of this , i sorted the tiles and we had 1 box worth that were dmaged ( some slightly some really bad) but we were able to use most of the damaged ones any way - our builder said they were good tiles and easy to handle and lay i would buy again they also look great when up

Please avoid these tiles
We purchased 18 boxes of these tiles to tile our ensuite - what a mistake that turned out to be. In each box there were broken tiles - I completely appreciate and accept there will be breakages but this was extreme (luckily we'd purchased extra to cover this). Tiles were put up by our usual professional tiler and that's when the problems really started. There were a significant number of tiles with hairline fractures in the finish that were not apparent until the tiles had been grouted but worse was the fact the tiles were stained by the grey grout we used (not all tiles, about 3 boxes worth). This again was an issue with the tiles. When I contacted the store the company response was nothing short of abysmal. The end result, we've had to pay the tiler to take the tiles off the wall and retile again (clearly with tiles not purchased from B&Q) and buy more adhesive and grout, having already paid for him to tile the ensuite the first time around. These tiles are substandard quality and I strongly advise you to avoid. Apologies for the long review!
