Short working life
I am now on my 3rd Vac in 3 years,it seems if it is left idle for more than a month it packs up.

2ND KARCHER WV5 VAC TO BREAKDOWN IN 15 MONTHS
MACHINE WOULD NOT CHARGE AFTER 15 MONTHS AND HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM WITH IDENTICAL PREVIOUS MACHINE. SOLUTION ACCORDING TO KARCHER IS TO BUY A NEW MACHINE. NOT IMPRESSED!

Great appliance
This is my 2nd Karcher window cleaner. I had the first one when they first came on the market and sadly it died on me so I just had to buy another. We use ours to dry down the tiles and shower screen after our showers, clean the windows and it has also been used to suck up water from the floor when my washing machine malfunctined. A great piece of equipment that I don't think I could be without.

very efficient product
I found the action of this product very efficient; exactly as it claimed, however i found the diagrammatic instructions troublesome. This might be me, but they took me some while to understand

Works well - Excellent battery life
I bought the WV5 window vac to replace our ageing WV60 which after many years service finally packed up. We used the WV60 daily and almost exclusively for wiping down the screen and tiles in the shower. It worked pretty well, but I have to say the WV5 is even better. It's quieter and vacuums up the water in one pass whereas previously it may have taken two or three. One full charge lasted about 1 week of daily use and I like the battery charge indicator which the WV60 didn't have. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase and happy to recommend the WV5.

Not streak free
Used my window vac for the first time today. Thought I had done something wrong. Streaks everywhere. Rubber streak and dirty water line at end of each run and a horrible squeaking noise whilst using. Watched loads of online videos but was doing everything right. Started again but no difference. Even tried shower screen and bathroom mirror. No joy. Ended up using old method of cloths. Waste of money
