Robust part.
Very happy with this filter, never buy cheaper alternatives they just don’t hold up to the original parts. This filter comes with the locking button and washer.

Needed it!
Not yet fitted it to the Vacuum cleaner. Expensive compared with other filters I have previously purchased BUT a necessary purchase". Beware of cheaper copies which are on the market as they can 'blow apart at the seams' where paper and rubber are joined.
