This Karcher SP5 Dual dirty water pump is designed for the drainage of dirty water from all areas and at times of flooding.

Useless
Firstly - was really disappointed that the connector for the hose pipe was not included and had to be purchased separately at extra costs. But reason for this review is the pump simply didn't work. Tried in both automatic mode and manual modes..watched tons of "help" videos and live chats and still would not even switch on

Pump
Excellent dirty water pump. Used in our septic tank and works great. This is our second one

Unusable without a hose connector pipe
I use a lot of Karcher products but haven't used the SP5 Dual pump yet as it describes how to fit a standard hosepipe but comes without the hose connector pipe. Very disappointing for a Karcher product.

Pumping!!
Bought for emptying hot tub. Did the job brilliantly. Just a few minutes, really quiet and efficient.

SP 5 dual
Bought this just over a month ago we have a few Karcher bits and love them all, they seem too work well and are rearly good value for money.

Does the Job
Flooded cellar after recent rains - powerful & quiet - job done - until the water returned!! pumped out again with the float - but only down to 1-2mm will need to dig a sump in cellar floor
