Lovely tiles; some damaged.
Lovely porcelain tiles although some had chips near the edges, which was disappointing. We bought online in the hope they didn’t give us the shop stock (initially saw these in the Bamber Bridge shop and liked them, but noticed a lot of chips). It seems they did give us these! No discount offered on delivery; we were told to ring up customer services and sort ourselves. Poor service when we’ve spent a few hundred pounds and clear that some were damaged. Do better, B and Q.

Lovely muted colours
I bought these tiles to compliment a white bathroom theme in a very small en-suite. I wanted a pattern but nothing over bearing. The project looks great, I am really pleased with the quality and the design.

Lovely Tile
I ordered a sample tile as they are not stocked in store. It is a beautiful, simple design tile in a beautiful blue/grey palette that will be perfect for my new bathroom.

L'aspect général est joli mais les carreaux ne sont pas d'équerre pour du rectifié. A utiliser pour de petites pièces ou par quelqu'un qui a un peu d'expérience. Je recommande quand même pour le rendu.

Bonne qualité, très beau rendu
carrelage lourd et de bonne qualité, assez épais. Très lourd à porter par contre, prévoyez des gros bras ! J'ai mis des joints gris clairs entre les carreaux. Les couleurs sur mes photos sont plus ternes que celles normales (la photo du site est plus parlante)

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the wonderful employee/customer adviser Adam who gave me excellent service while deciding on which bathroom floor tiles to purchase. He showed much respect and patience while I was pondering over which to choose. Adam certainly made my choosing a lot easier with his advice and knowledgeable expertise. I cannot praise his personable attitude and approach to his job enough. His whole work ethos was simply splendid. This was in the Drumchapel B&Q store.
