Poor fitting
It leaks constantly the joint inside the reel has a spring inside the hose where it fits to the reel to prevent the pipe from crushing when the hose isn’t fully extended this joint isn’t secure.

Durable and effective
Bought it to replace the expandable hose which seemed to last only 12-18 months before they burst. This alternative is more robust; the hose reel handle is a bit flimsy and doesn't lock well and you have to be careful that there are no "kinks" in the hose but it's otherwise very durable and good quality.

Did not meet my expectations
I brought this less than a week ago and the spray gun already leaks which is a bit disappointing as historically I had purchase the cheaper versions and had higher hopes as this cost twice the price!

New Hose pipe
I needed a mew hose pipe and this seemed to be the best selection. It is very good BUT the instructions were non-existent (thank god for you tube videos!) and the tap fitting did not fit my outside tap. The kit was supplied without the multi-nozzle and after some toing and froing with B and Q, they agreed to send one.
